We are excited to let you know that we will have a new class schedule!

This will extend our current training from 12 classes a month to 48 classes a month.  All classes on weekdays will last for 1-hour, while the weekend Barbell Club will be approximately 1.5-hours. We will teach classes every day, and there will be two introductory courses, and three types of daily classes available to you every week.
